These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between the basa18 platform ("basa18", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "user"). basa18 is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform operated specifically for Bangladeshi users.

These Terms & Conditions apply to the basa18 website, mobile application, and all related services. By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Only one account is permitted per person, household, or IP address. Creating multiple accounts is a direct violation of our terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Opening an account with false information is prohibited and will result in account termination.

2.4 KYC Verification

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory for withdrawals above a certain amount. Failure to submit the required documents may delay or suspend your withdrawal.

3.1 Deposit Methods

Basa18 supports the following payment methods:

• bKash: Minimum ৳500, maximum ৳50,000 per transaction
• Nagad: Minimum ৳500, maximum ৳50,000 per transaction
• Bank Transfer: Minimum ৳2,000, applicable for larger amounts

3.2 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes. However, delays may occur if KYC verification is incomplete or suspicious activity is detected.

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from your bonus balance
• Daily withdrawal limit: up to ৳1,00,000

3.3 Transaction Fees

Basa18 generally does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, or your bank) may apply their own fees, which are outside our control.

Basa18 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. By accepting any offer, you are deemed to have agreed to the specific terms and conditions of that offer.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

The welcome bonus for new members is available one time only. A specific wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be used — typically 10 to 30 times the combined deposit and bonus amount.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly
• Each bonus has a set validity period — typically 7 to 30 days
• Two bonus offers cannot be used at the same time
• Maximum withdrawal limits may apply to winnings derived from bonuses
• Basa18 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on basa18. They are designed to ensure a fair and transparent betting environment for all users.

5.1 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. Please double-check the odds and stake amount before placing any bet.

5.2 Odds Changes

In live betting, odds are subject to change at any time. The odds at the moment your bet is submitted will be considered final.

5.3 Match Cancellation

If an event or match is cancelled, postponed, or left incomplete:

• Bets on fully cancelled events are generally refunded
• Different rules may apply to matches suspended after a certain point in time
• Specific rules apply individually to each game

5.4 Erroneous Odds

If any odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical error or human mistake, basa18 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on basa18. Any violation may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of your balance.

• Creating multiple accounts or abusing the bonus system
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information
• Taking advantage of arbitrage betting or bonus hunting strategies
• Exploiting any software vulnerability or bug on the platform
• Betting using automated bots or software
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Making payments through a third-party account
• Attempting hacking, phishing, or any other form of cyber attack

7.1 basa18's Rights

Basa18 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. This includes but is not limited to:

• In Cases of Terms Violations
• In Cases of Fraudulent or Suspicious Activity
• In Cases of False Information
• For legal or regulatory reasons

7.2 User Rights

You may request account closure at any time. Before your account is closed:

• Complete any pending bets first
• Bonus balance will be forfeited
• Cash balance may be withdrawn through the standard process
